WP-O-Matic is ignoring "get" query strings

Hi Memo,
I set up a script for making my own rss feeds from merchant datafeeds and got it working great. However when I try to use it with WP-O-Matic, the query strings for selecting things like keywords, merchant, and order are ignored so the feed settings go to default!
That obviously isn't very useful. How can I re-enable the queries?

just in case this isn't clear the get queries are stuff like ?blah=123&eep=abc&setting=true
