Options page loops to home dir.

Okay, im using the latest version but it was happening before i upgraded as well, any time i go to the options for wp-o-matic the main page loads but any pages that adds on the &s= causes me to be directed to the site index. Its not a htaccess redirect i checked that, what would cause this? Also in the mean time is there a easy way to determine the cron url or even the passkey?
