Add Compaign does not do anything

Hi Guillermo,
Thank you for the plugin. I've been so excited about getting it to work, but just when I thought I got it working- it does work!
I did everything in the instructions including starting from stratch with new empty MySQL database - but when I go to Add a new compaign and hit the submit button, it acts as though it works but nothing shows up, I am returned to the Add compaign again. The Campaigns are blank. There's no error messages or anything. I am running Wordpress 2.6.3 with WP-O-Matic 1.0RC4-6 on Windows 2003 server IIS6.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
