WP-o-Matic overrides WP.com Stats Dashboard
Reported by ronin-22554 (at lighthouseapp) | June 8th, 2008 @ 01:13 AM
If you've got the WordPress.com Stats plugin installed, it makes a box in your WP Dashboard for viewing the stats (it's essentially an iframe, I think).
If you have WP-Matic installed, however, it overrides this box. I'm not sure if this is intended behavior or not, but it would be cool to have the option (and a little better formatting) if you meant to do that. :)
Am attaching an image of what it looks like when WP-o-Matic overrides the WP.com Stats plugin. This is in Safari 3.1.1, Mac OS X 10.5.3, with WordPress 2.5.1, MySQL 5.0.24a-standard-log, and PHP 5.2.6.

I'll analyze this to see which plugin is at fault.

Thank you, Guillermo! I'm not terribly bothered by it (I use other stats software in addition), but figured it might be worth reporting anyway.
If it helps at all, the box doesn't show at all if you don't have the WP.com Stats plugin installed. And, the stats are still recorded, regardless of the Dashboard box.
