HTML Code showing in post

This problem started a few months back with certain feeds that I have been using for a while with no problems.
News RSS feeds from Google, Flickr photo RSS feeds are the two main once. Google news posts all of the html code around the post and Flickr does also with out post the images anymore.
Here are a couple of examples:

I have same problem:( Fetched posts have no "<" and ">" characters and post looks like plain text:

I have WP 2.86 and I have the same problem, it seems that no matter the feed, They all look horrible. I have used wp-o matic for quite a while, but the results now are so bad, I may have to find an alternative.
Please help, someone can take a look at http://techist.info
