upload just the PHP file?

Hey Folks,
Am I just uploading the php file of wp-o-matic to my Wordpress site? I get a fatal error when I do. Simple question I know, but I don't know what exactly to upload.

You'll want to upload the entire 'wp-o-matic' folder to /wp-content/plugins/
