2.7 beta: WP-o-Matic nag blocks Help menu

On the 2.7 beta (I'm using beta 3 with the latest nightly core), the nag box for setting up WP-o-Matic blocks the new Help menu in the upper-right corner.
Here's the Help menu as it should be displayed:

(using ImageShack because Lighthouse only allows one picture at a time, it seems)
