fixed - Stops processing scheduled fetches

wp-o-matic stops processing scheduled fetches. In the dashboard it just says, "Next!" but leaves leaves the campaign there for days on end. I've got the schedule on the default of 1day, 5hours for the campaign. But after I manually run a fetch the dashboard shows the next fetch counting down from 1day 10hours (it adds five hours to the scheduled campaign). This doesn't bother me, but I thought it might have something to do with the problem.

I think this might be important: the amount of time that gets added to the scheduled campaign fetch changes. When the schedule is set for 1day,5hours then 5 hours are added to the countdown on the dashboard for the next fetch. When the schedule is set for only 3 hours for the next fetch, it adds 2 hours the countdown. When it set for 1 hour processing of compaigns, it ads 1 hour to the countdown (it might add 2 hours?, but it's not the 5 hours that are added when it's set to process at 1day,5hours intervals).
All the campaigns end up in the dashboard saying "Next!", but never running again.

It was a cPanel issue with committing Cron jobs, it was not a wp-o-matic issue.
