Messages displaying oldest on top

I am using WP-o-Matic to synch two blogs, one in normal text style and the other as a HI Vis blog for those who have sight difficulties I only have 1 campaign to draw the feed from my normal blog to the HI Vis one, however the messages that it brings over are being indexed with the newest at the bottom of the page whereas the blog they are coming from is listed with newest on the top. Is there anything I can do about this
Second problem is the messages on the HI Vis blog get truncated with a "Read More" link that takes you back to the original blog. Is there any way to get the full message to display so as the "Read More" link doesn't appear I am using the Neutica theme which is Black text on Yellow background Normal blog is found at www.minstermatters.org.uk/mm-blog/ whilst Hi Vis is found at www.minstermatters.org.uk/mm-blo...
