rendering HTML as code, not images

Hello, Great plug-in. I have this plug-in working on many of my other servers but after an update my blogs are rendering the HTML as code. as seen on the first post at rentthecake.com, rather than as images or line breaks. Any suggestions?
I have run the test to confirm SimplePie is OK on my server. Anything else I should start with. Many thanks for any help.
