Setting up WP-o-matic in SSL session not possible

I'm attempting to setup WP-o-matic in my word press installation with SSL enabled in the admin section. However, after setup all links go to non SSL enabled links. Can you please fix this.
Steps to reproduce.
1) Setup Wordpress with SSL enabled admin access 2) Install plugin 3) setup plugin in SSL section 4) After setup all links and final step of setup try to re-direct to non SSL sessions.
