Feeds are not being fetched as scheduled

My feeds are not being fetched as scheduled. Which code should I be entering into Cpanel Command to run box?
A. */20 * * * * /usr/bin/curl http://mywebsite .com/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cron.php?code=76b6b6ed
B. /usr/bin/curl http://mywebsite .com/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cron.php?code=76b6b6ed
or
C. http://mywebsite .com/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cron.php?code=76b6b6ed
I currently have B. but no feeds are being updated. Attached is my cron job panel.
Please help!
