Feeds from Yahoo Pipes not working.

I've been using wp-o-matic to bring in feeds from google reader and twitter but the formatting wasn't visually acceptable so I've not modified those feeds by running them through yahoo pipes. I tried to input the yahoo pipes feeds into wp-o-matic but it's fetching nothing from them even though wordpress's RSS widgets get all of the posts through the same feeds....any ideas?
