Problems with WP-O-Matic Database

I was having trouble getting the plugin to work, so I wanted to go to the original screen where the plugin is first configured. It wasnt working so I uninstalled it and deleted the database tables and deleted the wp-o-matic folder. Now when I try to install it again, the database tables are not being created and I cant even get to the original configuration screen.
