Cron does not work

Hi,
first of all, great plugin! I installed on WP 2.5.1, everything works as expected, however I could not set CRON does not matter what I do. Here it goes:
1. Used cron command specified by plugin:
*/20 * * * * /usr/bin/curl /home/taggosco/public_html/ads/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cron.php?code=ee06709b
got this error: curl: (3) malformed
2. changed cron command as follows
*/20 * * * * php -q /home/taggosco/public_html/ads/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cron.php?code=ee06709b
got this error: No input file specified.
3. changed cron command again
*/20 * * * * /ramdisk/bin/php5 -q /home/taggosco/public_html/ads/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cron.php?code=ee06709b
same error as in 2: No input file specified.
What I do incorrectly? How to setup cron to work?
