Trying to re-install and re-activate

Hi Folks I had a problem where wp-o-matic would not fetch rss feeds anymore. I deactivated it and reactivated with no success. I removed the tables in the database and thought reinstalling would work. No success. I've reactivated it in the WP Dashboard, Plugins. No installation screens but I do have the Campaign screens under Setup. Unable to create any Campaigns. I click submit and nothing happens. Probably because no table exist in DB. Any suggestions to get this running again? Thanks, Frank
