Image caching issue

Here's the problem:
I'm trying to integrate/aggregate a few feeds to my web site. Here's one of the feeds I'm using: http://www.rts.rs/page/stories/s...
Just to clarify, feeds integrated nicely, but image caching fails and here's why: Image code "looks" like this:
WP-o-Matic has a problem with this part [pakistan-t.jpg?thumbId=106786&fileSize=23056&contentType=image/pjpeg&lastModified=1241880967000]. It seems it cant extract/cache images from an URL like this...
Can you please assist? Thanks!
