Cron Job problem - No such file or directory

tried setting up Cron job - got email message for it but the message said this
/bin/sh: http://happilynaturalday.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cro...: No such file or directory
When i put the webcron url in my browser and run it I get this message:
