fsockopen error

sir i installed wp-o-matic plugin and whenever i give any rss feed to it, it dsnt accept and gives followin error.
The following errors have been encountered:
* Feeds
o Feed http://softresource.co.cc/feed/ could not be parsed (SimplePie said: fsockopen error: )
kindly help sir.
