no such file or directory

HI,
I installed wp-o-matic and via cPanel I scheduled with Cron Job an
automatic process to search feeds using the string suggested by
wp-o-matic:
http://nonsoloinsignia.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cron.php?c...
but when scheduled it send me a mail with the following message:
/bin/sh:
http://nonsoloinsignia.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cron.php?c...:
No
such file or directory
I checked via FTP and file exist and path is correct. What's the problem?
