process interval 8 hours longer
Reported by bobgorila | June 1st, 2008 @ 12:00 AM
With campaign set to fetch every hour, last successful fetch around 45 mins ago, and cron job running every 20 minutes, the dashboard shows this:
Next campaigns to process
Shared articles - 8h 14m 49s
Which puts the next time this campaign will be processed at 9 hours from when it was last processed, rather than 1 hour.
Altering the interval for the campaign changes this time, but it is always 8 hours longer than it should be.

My wordpress (2.5) is correctly set to use UTC +1
The times in the log file generated by WP-o-Matic correctly reflect local time

I guess/think this is the result of modifying the code on your own. I believe the error goes away after you fetch the next time and the 'lastactive' fetch gets stored.

It did not.
Last successful fetch at 12.20 pm, interval 1 hour, campaign to be processed again in 3 hours 5 minutes, so 9 hours again.

I have the same problem. To try and help things i will answer the same questions.
UTC time is 2008-06-13 19:35:08
UTC +1 is 2008-06-13 20:35:08
If i fetch manually its fine, however even with a frequency setting of 1 min it still shows 6h 56s (Im guessing it was 7 hours by the time i changed page) till next update.
Appreciate any help with this apart from this problem it fits my need perfectly.

After a bit of detective (Trial and Error) ive discovered the issue is related the servers time zone, in my case when i set wordpress to the same as the servers timezone it works as intended.
Hope this helps some
