Add Campaign - freezes upon hitting submit.

I made sure everything was set up correctly... i enter in I enter in Basic, Feeds, Categories and hit submit (lower corner says done), but the screen doesn’t refresh? In order to refresh, if I hit reload or back I have to start all over.
thoughts?
