multiple entries of the same post

Hi guys,
I have to admit this is one heck of plugin, LOVE IT.
but it seems that I've been getting multiple entries of the same posts.
what am I doing wrong.

not sure why even bother with having a bug tracker, when nobody responds to questions???????
