Manual fetch works, but CRON fetch doesn't work

I use WPOM on HostGator.
When I fetch manually (by clicking Fetch) it works perfectly. However when the Cron job schedules a fetch it never retrieves an article. Any ideas why this could be?
By the way, my Cron is working OK because the logging records the fetch - it just never fetches anything unless I do it manually.
