Image Caching

I own quite a few domains, for some odd reason image cache just doesn't seem to work on some domains. This doesn't make any sense to me because image caching does work with other domains I own on the same server.
I've tried switching around everything I can think of but with some domains I own it just doesn't work. What I mean by it doesn't work is when I try to pull a feed from a url it just hotlinks images and no cached images are created. But I can goto another WP blog I own on same server with exact same setup and pull the same feed and image caching does work.

I hope you keep working on it, it's a great plugin/script.

Turns out my host disabled fopen on my server. That's why it worked one day and not the next on other sites. I would rather leave fopen off so guess I'll just have to enable it then disable it when I want to use this script.
Anyway just wanted to update it wasn't the script causing this problem.
