Next campaigns to process is showing 'next' and no campaign is fetched.

I am using wp 2.5.1 and WP-o-Matic 1.0RC3-7.
I set my time settings in wordpress configuration as UTC.
While setting the options for wp-o-matic, in 2nd step i get the message
"UTC time: 19 July, 2008 08:23:38
Your time: 19 July, 2008 08:23:38 "
So seems like its ok.
Now after few hours of my campaign setup, my wp-o-matic dashborad shows:
Next campaigns to process: Next
And after this feed is never fetched.
Please help me.
