WebCron: I dont understand how it works

I have set an hourly Cron job in my hosting panel as suggested, with the URL provided. Every hour it is executed I receive an email and everything seems ok.
But now, in the dashboard I see: "Next campaign to processs ----> Campaign_Name: 7h 15m 23s". What does this mean?.
Even if I configure that campaign to fetch feeds to: 0d 0h 5m.
I dont understand the way this works.
