cache is not writable error

Hi. I just installed the wp-o-matic plugin and received this message at the top of the dashboard:
Image cache path /home/content/C/o/o/myadmin/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cache is not writable!
any ideas as to why and how to fix it?

I forgot to mention I am currently running PHP 5 on GoDaddy WP version 2.6.2 WP-O-Matic version 1.0RC4-6.
