Could not open input file

I created a cronjob in plesk:
*/20 * * * * /usr/bin/php http://sub.domain.com/wp-content...
But I get an email back with the text:
Could not open input file: http://sub.domain.com/wp-content...
What can I change in the cronjob, I already tried /usr/bin/lynx, /usr/bin/wget /usr/bin/ftp ......
The service of webcron.org is working though.
