Rewrite/Link To not working

I specify links for specific words, but it's not rewriting them as links. I even tried the replacing of words, but still not rewriting.
Everything else works - it fetches, posts, etc. Just not rewriting.

I'm able to use the rewrite function to completely remove a word, but I haven't tried anything else, myself.
