Hi and congratulation for your patience and will for helping others.
Versions : WordPress 2.6.5 and WP-o-Matic 1.0RC4-6
The whole WP-o-Matic function witch fetches feeds on a scheduled time basis stops when the countdown reaches "0" or "next".
The RSS fetching process is called by a Unix cron job and the cron command is the one that WP-o-Matic gave me. I used the Standard Cron Manager. (cPanel>Cron Jobs>Standard).
Is there more info you would like me to include?
