AutoTags not working on new posts

WP-o-Matic 1.0RC4-6 and SimpleTags Version 1.5.7
I just upgraded to 1.0RC4-6 and when new posts are coming in according to the schedule, they are no longer being processed through the Simple Tags Engine. My Posts are coming in with no tags on them.
I am not using the UNIX CRON under settings.
