wp-o-matic vs wp stats - on dashboard

The wp-o-matic plugin overwrites the wp stats on my dashboard.
When the plugin is not active, I get proper stats. When I active
WP-o-matic, the campaigns, etc write over all the space where the
stats WERE.
Also, when using IE, this plugin will lock up the admin functions
until I log in with another browser. I don't use IE but that is
VERY BAD FORM! I create sites for others who DO use IE and it poses
major problems for them. SO, I do NOT add your plugin. That is the
only solution that I have found.
