Internal server error

I have downloaded the latest version of WP o Matic and have activated this within WordPress.
When I go to the options tab in WP o Matic the following lines appear on my screen:

WebCron-ready URL:
http://zengati.com/site1/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cron.php?code=3b56155a
Cron is set up to handle fetching. More
If I click on 'more' above I get the error messages below:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@zengati.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
How do I fix this??
