wp-o-matic cron emails every 20 mintus

hi,
i have successfully set up wp-o-matic on wordpress,
but i get receiving these emails from my host every 20 minutes

sometimes it doesnt fetches rss , please help me with it,
i m trying to start a news site from yahoo rss feeds.
