The problem with images in the news

The original code of the image i want to grab from another site:
When i using the automatic grab news with CRON then in my news code missing title="name"
But when i use action command "Fetch" in Administration then its ok.

when set to open CRONO link http://www.mysite.net/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cron.php?code=8...
then we missing title="name" in news codebut when you manually open link http://www.mysite.net/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cron.php?code=8...
then it's all ok
