Manually fetch works, but no auto jobs
Reported by Maarten | July 14th, 2010 @ 06:41 AM
Hi,
In DirectAdmin (my host-panel) I installed the cron more then once.
I am not sure if the cron runs right, or is written well.
How can I be sure my cron is 'spelled' the right way?
(/20 * {wget or similar command here})
Does any-one have a tip for me? I am not getting it auto.
Thanks, Maarten

You need to define a time period for the cron, and paste in the command.
WP-O-Matic gives you a URL to add to a Cron job. You need to write wget before it and place that URL in quotes.
Attached you can find an example :)
Hope others will find this useful.
Oh, and to make sure you don't get emails each time Cron runs, add >/dev/null 2>&1 at the end of your Cron command.
