emails every 20 mins

I have successfully set up the wp-o-matic and it has been performing great as long as I manually fetch the articles. I keep getting emails every 20 mins saying:
Subject:Cron: '/20 * /usr/bin/curl http://caribflyer.com/carib/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cron.php?...'
email: /bin/sh: line 1: */20: No such file or directory
it doesnt seem to be automatically fetching... how can I fix this?
