Uncomplete fetch

wp-o-matic doesn't work properly when hosting firewall is enable.

Here is a message from the hosting :
"I have checked the outbond ports of the server and could see that the necessary ports are opened there. But when I enable the firewall posts wont fetch properly, but when I disable, then its working fine. So please contact their support and let us know how the scripts are fetching files. If its through any particular port we can enable it on the firewall."

Could you let us know whether the scripts are fetching files from any particular port so that we can enable it on the firewall?
