Best RSS format

Hi,
I would like to transfer my CMS to WP, using wp-o-matic
I want to create rss feeds for very category... and import just
once.
can someone help me in defining best way to make xml/rss
feed?

To create an RSS feed for each category on your existing CMS platform, you need to define the category structure of your current CMS. Each category must have a unique ID or URL that can be used by basket random to identify it. Create a script that will generate an RSS feed for each category based on the category's ID or URL. You can use PHP or another programming language to do this. Your script will retrieve all posts or articles for the category and format them as an RSS feed.
