Backrooms is a survival horror game set in the backrooms, an endless maze of rooms and passageways. The goal is to escape while avoiding harm. The game starts in a dark room with a lamp. The rooms vary in size and contain furniture, rubbish, and oddities. First, search the room for food and batteries for your lamp.
When you're ready, search the halls for an exit. Buzzing lights and footsteps are audible in the dark passageways. It's eerie. The Backrooms layout changes frequently, making navigation difficult. Leave biscuits or other signs to find your way back.
Backrooms are not vacant. Some move slowly and may be avoided, while others attack swiftly and force you to hide or run.
