question about different feed import
Reported by Tom | August 3rd, 2008 @ 06:44 AM
hello guillermo,
thanks for the great wp-o-matic !
i have a question to set up a rss feed. first, i must say tha my english is very bad and second, i have no known of rss feeds ;-)))
so, my problem is, i want to import a rss feed that contains the following data:
THE TITLE OF THE FEED
http://www.THE LINK TO THE SOURCE OF THE FEED
HERE IS THE CONTENT (DESCRIPTION / TEXT OF THE FEED)]>
Sun, 03 Aug 2008 11:02:09 +0200 ## date of public the content
03.08.2008 11:03 ## speciality info for the feed content
1290 ## speciality info for the feed content
8:36 ## speciality info for the feed content
http://PICTURE.jpg ## the same picture as the 'img src' bevor
0.00 ## speciality info for the feed content
Masobitch ## speciality info for the feed content
1000649 ## speciality info for the feed content
http://LINK TO SOURCE ## link to the feed source, the same as THE LINK TO THE SOURCE
the feed comes withous the marks (## ....) ;-)
so, my problem is, that not all of the content is displayd when the feed is fetching. the only content that is display is the description (only text), but no pictures. also the link to the source is availible. the question is now, how can i setup wp-o-matic, that fetch all of the feedcontent and after that the output in my blog is
title
description
picture
and all of the "video_xxx" infos
and the "u_nick" info
is there any way to setup wp-o-matic that this works?
also i have another feeds that have the same problem. the content is there (including pictures and other infos) if i fetch the rss feed over my browser, but wp-o-matic shows only the description, but no pictures or speciality content of the feed.
hope you (or any other user) can help me, to set up the wp-o-mativ correctly.
have many thanks for your support and best regards!
tom
